今日のサイズは、腰・腹って所でした。宮城海岸のハワイアンあたりで入ったのですが、コーナーと比べて本数が多いので小さい波でも遊べましたね。という事で、今日から朝活再スタート、最近では夜のお仕事も増えて朝活ができていませんでした。忙しいのはとてもありがたいです。みんなありがとう。出会い別れがあるように、過ぎた時間はもう戻りません。今日という日を最後だと思って1日、1秒を大事に生活していきましょう。

Today, the waves were about waist to stomach high. I went out at the Hawaiian area of Miyagi Coast, and compared to the corner, there were more waves, so even the small ones were fun to play on. So, from today, I’m restarting my morning activities. Recently, I’ve had more night work, so I haven’t been able to do my morning routine. I’m very grateful to be busy. Thank you, everyone. Just like there are meetings and farewells, the time that has passed will never return. Let’s live each day and each second as if it’s our last.
